NKABUZARANWA JOHN

Co-Founder

Results-driven Agricultural Officer with one year of experience in agricultural extension services, project management, Micro finance management, and business development. Proven track record of increasing crop yields, improving farmer livelihoods, strating and growing micro finance branches and successfully managing agribusiness ventures.

    • Professional Experience:

    • - Agricultural Officer, working with Sasakawa Africa association, ZAABTA in luwero district(2021-2022)
    • - Provide technical guidance to farmers on best agricultural practices
    • - Develop and implement agricultural projects to improve productivity and livelihoods
    • - Collaborate with stakeholders to promote agricultural development
    • - cream Branch Manager, Working with Muvule Financing ldt (2021-2023)
    • - Provided me with technical guidance of locating strategically fertile and potentially good communities to start up branches, marketing the products that I was going to provide, Make sales that sustained the branches, innovating idears to grow my team and Branch, organising and keeping books well for accountability purpose.

    AKUO RUTH

    Founder

    Ruth is highly motivated, dedicated, diligent, proactive and self-driven individual. Possess relevant professional experience gained during two years of extension work. A specialist in beekeeping practices, trained by The Uganda National Apicultural Development Organization (TUNADO), and also the managing director of Imalo bees limited.

  • Bachelor of vocational studies in agriculture with education Kyambogo University (2017 - 2020)

    • Professional Experience:

      Worked with The Uganda National Apiculture Organization (TUNADO) for two years (2022 – 2023) as a supervisor of apiary masters, training farmers on beekeeping practices.

    KYOBE MICHEAL JORDAN

    Co-Founder

    Micheal Jordan is a local young farmer in Buikwe dealing in crop production and some livestock on a small scale however with vast knowledge and experience in poultry and piggery management due to several research and long term participation in these projects. Am also a lower Secondary teacher at MAMA AFRICA SS (Mathematics, Physics). Environmental Science teacher at Self Help P/S. I have the leverage in teaching expertise and passion for community development to support the extension of agricultural initiatives to local farmers with a one year experience in community engagement. Finance and Procurement Manager IMALO BEES LIMITED. Worked as an enumerator (Buikwe District Lweru EA) with UBOS 2024, coffee enumerator, Buikwe district under Uganda Coffee Development Authority-Ministry of Agriculture Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (UCDA-MAAIF), Field Agent in AKEYO AFRICA in Buikwe District, an ERA (Entrepreneur for Rural Access) under Access Agriculture in the project of GP-SAEP 2025.

    Education:

    • CERTIFICATE IN AGROECOLOGY FOR AFRICA, EMPOWER YOUTH TO ANGAGE IN RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT IN AGRICULTURE AND FOOD SYSTEMS, AGRICULTURAL ECOSYSTEM-BASED SOLUTIONS-INTRODUCTION, PARTICIPATORY VIDEO IN AGRIFOOD SYSTEMS AND DIGITAL ENVIRONMENTS, AGRIPRENUERSHIP 101 (FAO-METROPOLITAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY). DISCOVERING ENTREPRENUERSHIP, USE OF MOBILE DIVICES (ITU-DTC UGANDA INSTITUTE OF ICT-UICT THROUGH CISCO NETWORKING ACADEMY PROGRAM.)
